First, ClearMind records and transcribes the conversation. Then, it uses a state-of-the-art large language model (LLM) to analyze what’s been said. Finally, ClearMind uses the information gathered to answer questions, fill in forms, and write meeting minutes, summaries, compliant reports, and more.
It does all this without requiring an internet connection. All data is processed directly on the ClearMind device to protect the confidentiality of the conversation and all associated data.
Yes. ClearMind can fill out Microsoft Word documents (docx format) and push information to external APIs (this requires internet access).

ClearMind was created with privacy at top of mind. All data is encrypted at rest and can also be encrypted in transit if needed. Role-based access control is in place to ensure that data can only be accessed by you, the data owner. Nobody else will have access to your data, not even our team here at csky.ai.
You can choose between manual updates (offline) or automatic updates (online). Updates usually include security patches, bug fixes, AI improvements, and installation or removal of custom features.
